What to Expect From Foster Graphics
Whether screen printing, pad printing, or digital printing, we print on a huge range of products and material surfaces. Matching the ink system to the printing process to the surface material and application is essential to producing the best quality most consistent result.
Screen printing is a highly flexible process and suitable for printing on almost all materials, including stainless steel, powder coated steel, aluminium, plastic, and glass. We have 40 years of experience using screen printing and use it on a wide range of custom products, from heavy industrial machine cabinets to consumer electronics and promotional items.
Screen printing can print a huge range of sizes and is best suited to larger volume orders. It uses the widest range of ink systems (solvent based, UV curing, metal subsurface bonding) and has the best colour fastness and opacity. Once set up, it is fast and consistent. Pad printing is a variation of screen printing: a similar process but better suited to smaller prints on complex curves or flexible surfaces.
For smaller order volumes, digital flatbed printing is our preferred alternative. Although relatively slow compared to screen printing, when matched with a UV ink and UV curing system digital printing offers maximum flexibility with rapid setup and easy-change print details.
With our wide format digital roll print-and-cut machines we print and/or profile cut sheet roll material up to 1370 mm wide. Printed length is practically unlimited and the profile cut system easily produces any shape you desire. From the largest signs to all sizes of vinyl labels, to computer cut lettering, Foster Graphics delivers for you.
Whatever the process, we strive for consistent, repeatable, high-quality work every time.
