Fully customisable and printed on high-quality materials using premium German inks, our self-adhesive labels match the most rigorous application requirements. We print only on the best materials by industry leaders such as MacDermid (Autotype), Lexan, Orafol, Ritrama, MacTac and 3M.

The label adhesive may be an integrated part of the printed material or applied separately as part of the production process.  We use only the best quality adhesives from 3M, Orafol and Nitto. Using the correct adhesive, best suited to the mating surface, is critical to ensure a quality bond and finish. Some plastics are very sensitive to adhesive selection; our expert team will ensure you get the right result.

Polyester Labels

Ideal for the most demanding applications, Autotype polyester is a thick film PET (0.15mm – 0.20mm) with a textured surface and a hard, protective coating. Suitable for screen or digital printing, it is usually reverse printed, so the material face surface protects the ink film.

This material is highly resistant to UV exposure and abrasion and resilient to alcohol, dilute acid, dilute alkalis, and hydrocarbons. Autotype polyester is generally cut with a steel rule die but can be laser cut if required.

Decorative Polyester Labels

Not to be confused with Autotype polyester, decorative polyester is a thin 50-micron (0.050mm) self-adhesive film. It’s an excellent option for high-temperature applications up to 130 degrees Celsius. It is commonly available in silver, gold and clear (matte or gloss finish) colours.

This material is super flexible and applies nicely on flat and curved surfaces. Polyester’s heat and scratch-resistant qualities are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and will last well in any condition, regardless of location.

Polycarbonate Labels

Polycarbonate film, often known by its trade name Lexan, is a tough, long-lasting solution for labelling with a very high impact strength and abrasion resistance. Like polyester, it can be printed with screen or digital processes, typically as a reverse print.

It cuts easily with die or laser cutting. Although less resistant to UV exposure and chemicals than polyester, polycarbonate is a very cost-effective material. It will perform as well or better than polyester in suitable applications.

Vinyl (PVC) Labels

Self-adhesive vinyl is the most ubiquitous product in the labelling market. We print on everything from economy-grade vinyl, metallic and specialty reflective vinyl right through to high-tack vinyl for use on low surface energy plastics.

We use both screen print and digital print methods, printing high-quality inks in various colours and textures, plus a solid pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive for longevity. Vinyl is a cost-effective choice for small and large quantities.

Vinyl is water and scratch resistant as standard. We use a separate laminate to protect against UV fading and chemicals in more demanding applications. We also cut vinyl labels to virtually any shape without producing specific die forms or cutting tools. We supply the finished product in the form you need, whether singles, flat sheets or rolls.
