Screen printing is a highly flexible process and suitable for printing on almost all materials, including stainless steel, powder coated steel, aluminium, plastic and glass. We have 40 years experience using this process and print onto a wide range of custom products, from heavy industrial machine cabinets to consumer electronics and promotional items. Screen printing can print a huge range of sizes and is best suited to larger volume orders. Once set up, it is fast and consistent. Pad printing is a variation of screen printing: a similar process but better suited to smaller prints on complex curves or flexible surfaces.
For smaller order volumes, we use flat bed digital printers. Although relatively slow compared to screen printing, when matched with a UV ink and UV curing system digital printing offers maximum flexibility with rapid setup and easy-change print details.
