The art of visual communication
Custom Artwork: unique visuals for logos, packaging, signage, and merchandise, tailored to meet your vision
Digital and Print Integration: optimized graphics for all display and print formats.
Prepress Services
Prepress involves the steps taken before printing to ensure materials are ready for production.
File Preparation: check and format digital files to meet printing standards, including resolution and colour settings. Create screen printing film.
Proofing: digital or printed proofs for customer review and approval, helping to catch any errors before production begins.
Colour Management: calibrate colours to ensure consistent reproduction
Final Quality Checks: all files are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are error-free and meet quality standards.
Printing and image creation
We print on a huge range of products and material surfaces. Matching the print system to the surface material and application is essential to produce the best quality.
Screen printing: highly flexible and suitable for almost all materials. Stainless steel, powder coated steel, aluminium, plastic, and glass. Very fast once set up, best suited to larger volume orders. Widest range of ink systems and has the best colour fastness and opacity.
Pad printing: is a variation of screen printing. A similar process but better suited to smaller prints on complex curves or flexible surfaces.
Digital flatbed printing: relatively slow compared to screen printing but can print complex multi-colour art in one pass. Rapid setup and easy-change print details.
Digital wide format: print and/or profile cut sheet roll material up to 1370 mm wide. Printed length is practically unlimited and the profile cut system produces any shape. The largest signs to the smallest self adhesive labels, to computer cut lettering.
Etching: laser etching of all metals, most plastics and glass. Ideal for serialised information like barcodes and QR codes. Acid etching of aluminium and brass.
Finishing
Die cutting: through or surface cut on thin material. Requires die tool, but very fast and accurate once set up. Clean edge and works well with any material. Essential for some materials that cannot be laser cut
Laser cutting: an excellent and more flexible alternative to die cutting. Simple setup and wide range of materials including adhesives, rubber and foam. Suitable for some thicker materials like wood or acrylic. Metal sheet / plates of aluminium, stainless steel and brass.
Assembly: complete final assembly and packing to supply a fully finished ready-to-sell part.
